Orders can be placed online or by phone.

Order cancellation or changes to an existing order must be made within 4 hours of placing the order.

Orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. Some items in an order may be shipped separately. 

Payment Options

Jená Creations accepts all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and ApplePay.


If the item(s) you have ordered is/are on backorder with the manufacturer, we will notify you immediately. We will give you the new estimated time of arrival for your items. 

You may choose not to wait for the selected items and either:

- Exchange the item for a different color or style

- Cancel the order

If you decide to wait for the order to arrive, your method of payment will be charged at the time of the order. If you have other items in your order that are in stock, the items will be processed and sent out within the original time frame.


Discounts may come in the form of free shipping, special promotions, or other discount codes. We will honor one discount code per order. 


Please allow full shipping time to receive order.

Inaccurate shipping information may cause delays for order receipt.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with any item you have purchased, we will certainly accept its return with the following stipulations:

- Product may not be altered from original form in any way

- If a wearable product, item must not appear to have been worn, have an odor, or appearance of styling products in hair items

- Product must not have incurred any damage

- Tags must be attached and in original packaging

- Any item marked discontinued, closeout or last call is not eligible for return (which will be notified to you at the time of purchase)

- All returns will incur a $10 handling and restocking fee

- Returns must be received within 30 days of date of receipt of product

- FedEx or UPS is the only acceptable transportation for returns.
